Since its inception, Bertotti quickly became a local favorite, leading to the successful opening of their second branch on Goldhawk Road in 2015, which also serves as their creamery. Here, they meticulously handcraft all the delicious flavors that have gained immense popularity. Bertotti has had the pleasure of serving esteemed establishments such as The Phoenix at Westfield Shopping Centre, Chotto Matte (one of London's top ten luxurious restaurants), and Lily Vanilli Bakery. These partnerships have resulted in the infusion of Bertotti's unique flavors into the dessert menus of these renowned venues, including Organic Green Tea, Black Sesame, Lemon and Cucumber, Vegan Coconut, and Salted Caramel Biscoff. Notably, Bertotti's exclusive Absinthe and Mint Chocolate Chip Gelato were showcased at a luxurious afternoon tea attended by His Royal Highness Charles, Prince of Wales, and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall at the Royal Theatre Dury Lane.

In addition to their expertise in creating and selling gelato, Diego and Suzana have studied at Carpigiani University in Bologna, Italy, considered the pinnacle of gelato education. This ensures that every batch of Bertotti Gelato is made with precision and finesse.
